Peer-to-peer workshops for schools & project weeks
As part of our traveling exhibitions, we offer interactive workshops where students are trained to become peer guides. After completing the workshop, they lead other students through the exhibition themselves, creating a powerful, student-led learning experience…
Workshop Goals:
- To explore the history of the children murdered at Bullenhuser Damm
- To understand the importance of Holocaust education for living together in a diverse, democratic society
- To reflect on questions like, When does discrimination begin? How does group-focused misanthropy and antisemitism take root?
- To examine how the World War II still shapes our society and politics today
- To set up the exhibition together
- For the students to prepare and lead guided tours, from the historical story of Bullenhuser Damm to the present-day relevance of combating discrimination
